Get ready for Harvest Gold Global Race on Sunday September 25, 2022. You will be among 300,000 plus runners from 23 countries running on same day at 35 locations worldwide, both on-ground and virtually.

Note: Those who can’t come to collect their bib, may authorize someone or their group representative to collect on your behalf. Carry the copy of confirmation mail or simply tell the bib number.
Bibs & T-shirts will not be distributed on race day morning.
Those who have booked the kits for home delivery should get these by 22nd Sept.

Try to reach the venue 60 minutes before your respective start time. Parking your vehicle may take some time.

Timeline:

► 5:00AM – Assembly area gate opens
► 5:30 - 5:45AM – Announcements & Zumba Warm-up
► 5:45 - 5:55AM – Route Instructions
► 6:00 AM- Flag off

Race Start Timing:

► 3Km - 6:00 AM (U-turn from 1.5Km)
► 10Km- 6:05 AM (2 loops, U-turn at 2.5Km)
► 5Km Run & Walkathon- 6:10 AM (1 loop, U-turn at 2.5Km)

Race Instructions:

# Don’t exchange your bibs.
# Don’t go on the track after you finish wearing your bib, you will be disqualified. Remove it, if you want to help your run buddies or kids on the track.
# Wear your bib number on the front, preferably on your chest.
# Reach at the venue, 60mins in advance from your respective start.
# It’s a flat course- clean, pollution & traffic free. You will enjoy it.
# You will be guided by route markers, volunteers through the route and to reach the assembly area.
# En-route water, energy drink and first-aid are available. We are serving water in disposable glasses only. 2 Water stations: 1.4Km, 2.4Km. Water will be served in paper cups on all aid stations.

Portable Toilets:

These will be placed outside the assembly area.

Baggage Counter:

Deposit your baggage (no valuable item inside) at the medal counter & baggage counter.

Parking:

Sufficient parking space available but carpooling is suggested. Reach early to park your vehicle comfortably.

# Cool down & stretching in recovery zone.
# Medal for every finisher.
# Wholesome breakfast.

Prizes & Gifts:

# Fastest (Men & Women) Top 3 in 10K Run, 5K Run, 3Km Run & 3K Junior Run categories will get trophies.
# Podium finishers (age category wise) in all 10K Run, 5K Run & 3K Run categories will be distributed on a later date.
# 10K Winners: Fastest Man & Woman from India (Kochi & Gurgaon) would get a sponsored trip with a companion each to run in 2023 edition of the Bimbo Global Race at Los Angeles. (TnC apply)

Help us keep the race route clean - Dispose all the trash, disposable glasses and bottles in the dustbin. Or, pass it on to the volunteers.
