Harvest Gold will donate 20 slices per registration
► 3Km - 6:00 AM (U-turn from 1.5Km)
► 10Km- 6:05 AM (2 loops, U-turn at 2.5Km)
► 5Km Run & Walkathon- 6:10 AM (1 loop, U-turn at 2.5Km)

Participants’ Takeaways:

All participants will get a Runner's Kit which includes a T-Shirt and a Harvest Gold Shopper Bag. Finisher’s Medal and Timing/ participation certificate for all. Hot breakfast will be served in the assembly area.

Rewards:

► Winners: Total 2, 10K winners (one man & one woman) will be chosen from the Gurgaon & Kochi races. The winners would get a sponsored trip with a companion each to run the 2023 edition of the Bimbo Global Race 2023 in the host country. (Terms & Conditions apply)
► Trophies for top 3 fastest Men & Women in 10K, 5K, 3K & 3K Junior Run (open age category, by gun timing). No cash prizes
► Age Category wise rewards for all race distances & categories (by net timing).
► Walkathon which is a non-timed fun activity, hence no prizes.

Kit Collection Expo:

All the participants will be informed in due course about running kit collection details. The timing certificate will be available online.

Refund Policy:

In case of cancellation or postponement of the event due to Covid related lockdowns & reasons beyond our control, alternate options will be offered to registrants to participate in our upcoming events. It means the registration fee is not refundable but can be adjusted in our future events.
